My Dad, 88 years old , was in a Rehab facility, pending discharge when I was referred to your agency. It was clear my parents could not live alone as Mother's previous stroke left her with severe deficits. From the moment I made the telephone call to you I felt safe. Your professional manner was evident in the amount of time you spent learning about my parents, their abilities and needs. However, the respect and dignity you gave my Dad the day you picked him up at the Rehab for transport to the Assisted Living home was never forgotten by him or the family. • I heard about Good Hands from a friend who knew of the company. I called and knew that I was going to use their services. The representative was extremely helpful and showed genuine concern about my situation. I was taken out twice to tour homes once by Jackie and once by Donna. they both were very helpful in helping me find the right home for my husband. I did not place my husband right away but when I was ready I called them and they quickly made all the arrangements for his move. Offering free transportation to the group home upon discharge is great service they provide. I would recommend Good Hands with no hesitation. • Daniel thank you for all of your help. My Mother had an accident and was in rehab. for two weeks. She needed 24 hour care and only had one week to find a place for her. I was stressed and overwhelmed and did not know where to turn. The social worker recommended Daniel with Good Hands. Daniel met with me and my 92 year old father. My parent's were in total denial that they needed help. Daniel was was very caring and understanding. He kept in touch with us every day answering all of our questions. My Mother is in the Peoria Group Home and each day she is adjusting better. I know that she is in a safe place. Daniel keeps in touch with us. I can tell that Daniel loves his job helping people every day. Thank you again Daniel your my hero!
